VeriSoft Support, Installation and Maintenance
Product Support -
Product Maintenance and Support includes support issue
resolution, software assurance (version upgrades), updates and
options for additional software at your volume discount. For
instance, A 210 person enterprise, purchasing 210 licenses with
Support and Maintenance would be able to buy an additional 20
licenses for new employees at the 201-1000 user rate during the
Maintenance and Support period. The same enterprise without
Maintenance and support would purchase those same 20 licenses at
the 11-200 rate of $69 per user. Enterprises may only purchase
ONE introductory bundle. Additional licenses will be sold at the
individual user rate. 8X5x5 Support will have a resolution
guarantee of 24 hours. 24X7x7 support customers will have a 4
hour resolution guarantee.
Option 1:
8x5x5 Support: 8AM - 5PM M-F (Pacific Time) -
- 1 Year - 18% of the Purchase Price Prepaid for 1
year
- 2 Years - 16% of the Purchase Price Prepaid per
year for 2 Years
- 3 Years - 14% of the Purchase Price Prepaid per
year for 3 Years
Option 2:
24x7x365 Support: 24 Hour On Call Support -
- 1 Year - 25% of the Purchase Price Prepaid for 1
year
- 2 Years - 23% of the Purchase Price Prepaid per
year for 2 Years
- 3 Years - 20% of the Purchase Price Prepaid per
year for 3 Years
Product Consulting, Training and Installation
Consulting, Installation and Training – These
are per person / per day charges or per person / per hour
charges for remote services. Services are provided during the
hours of 8am – 5pm M-F only. After-Hours rates are subject to an
upgrade of 50%.
Remote Install, Training and Consulting:
$150 Per Hour
Onsite Install and Consulting: $1600.00
per day (minimum 2 days) plus T&E Actual Expenses
